Attorney Cara D. Bradford
Cara’s primary areas of practice are in residential and commercial real estate matters, representing buyers, sellers, developers and investors in the acquisition, sale, permitting and developing of real estate. She also provides legal services and advice in condominium formation, and Corporation and LLC formations. Cara also represents lending institutions and mortgage companies doing business in the Commonwealth. Other areas of focus are probate and estate planning, including divorce and probating estates. Prior to joining Dionisi/O’Rourke, LLP in January of 2013, Cara worked for the Department of Children and Families as counsel for the DCF Central in Arlington, Massachusetts. In January of 2020, Dionisi, O’Rourke & Bradford, LLP was formed and Cara continues to practice in all areas of real estate law as well as many other general practice areas.
A graduate of Colby College, Waterville, Maine in 2004; graduate of Boston College Lynch School of Education, in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Child Advocacy, and a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts in 2011. Cara was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 2011. Cara lives in Sudbury with her husband, James Bradford, and their three young children.
Cara is currently a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts and title agent for several national title insurance agencies.
